Café Zao
The restaurant's sophisticated ambience and menu attracts patrons from across the region. Toni Pais, a native of Portugal, has owned the upscale, highly acclaimed Baum Vivant since 1992 and the less-formal Café Zihno (which means "small café" in Portuguese) in Shadyside since 1999.
