As a patron of the arts, you already belong to an exceptional group of people. We invite you to join others who share your love of the arts and continued development of Pittsburgh’s downtown Cultural District through membership in the Circles -- our most distinguished group of contributors.


The Circles program at The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust was established to recognize the generosity of a special group of individuals who have helped to strengthen the foundation of Pittsburgh's world-renowned Cultural District with their annual contributions of $1,000 and above. Our distinguished Circles donors have played a leading role in supporting our internationally recognized theaters, bold urban parks and public spaces, as well as critical educational programs and acclaimed performance series and art exhibitions. These individuals have helped make the vision of a vibrant urban cultural district a reality for millions of Pittsburghers each year.


Founder's Circle - $50,000 and above
Chairman's Circle - $25,000 to $49,999
President's Circle - $10,000 to $24,999
Patron's Circle - $5,000 to $9,999
Premiere Circle - $2,500 to $4,999
Director's Circle - $1,000 to $2,499

 
Your Circles gift:
  • Makes it possible for us to present and promote more than 2,000 stage and visual arts performances a year.


  • Helps us reach into the community to educate future generations and instill a love for the arts.


  • Supports special performances for thousands of school children in the Southwestern Pennsylvania community.


  • Provides services such as infrared hearing, sign language interpretation and other accessibility enhancements for people with disabilities.

Ticket sales and other earned income only cover a portion of our total operating budget. The remaining gap of over $10 million must be filled by contributions. Gifts from individuals like you comprise the single largest source of the Center's contributed income. Because of the generosity of Circles members, the Center has one of the largest donor groups of any performing arts center in the country.

As a member of the Circles you will receive exclusive privileges and benefits in appreciation of your generous gift. Your 100% tax-deductible gift to the annual fund will help ensure a successful and vital future for the Trust. In addition, all Circles contributions are acknowledged in Trust program books and the annual report.

To promote charitable giving, many companies match their employees' gifts to nonprofit organizations. If your company has a matching gift program, your contribution can be generously increased and will do even more to support the Trust’s mission.
