Lost Tickets

The Box Office is happy to reprint any lost tickets. Reprinted tickets are held in the Box Office until you are ready to pick them up, however reprinted tickets cannot be mailed. The Box Office can reprint any lost ticket for a small fee of $1.50. For lost tickets, please call ticketing at: 412.456.6666

Ticket Exchanges

Ticket exchanges are available for seasonal subscribers. Exchanges can be done in person at the Box Office or by mail. We request that the exchanged tickets be received 24 hours prior the scheduled performance. If you have any questions, please call ticketing at: 412.456.6666

Tax Credits

Tax credits are available up to one hour prior to your scheduled performance for the following organizations:

• Pittsburgh Ballet Theater
• Pittsburgh Opera
• Pittsburgh Dance Council
• Pittsburgh Musical Theater
• Pittsburgh CLO (2 hours prior)
