Hip Hop Cardio . . . If you love to dance, but find most Hip Hop and dance workouts too complicated to get a good workout, then you have found your solution!  We funk-da-fy simple to follow, easy to learn dance steps that allow you to really burn fat and calories!  This workout feels more like a night on the town than exercise!  No dance experience required!  Drop the pounds and get rapid results while you dance, dance, dance!

About our Partner Dancing for Dancers Class . . .  Do you already have training in a dance discipline (Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Advanced Salsa, etc.)?  Well, this accelerated class is for YOU!  The focus will be on Understanding the Connection (Leading/Following), Dips, Lifts, and Tricks.  You must be in good shape, have a moderate level of flexibility, and be able to lift your own weight.

Beginners will ONLY be accepted into the Salsa Basics On1 Group Class within the first two weeks of any session.  It takes time to build the right foundation and we want to make sure you have adequate time to develop your proficiencies.  We also recommend that you take Advanced Beginner Salsa On1 at least twice on the same level before moving to Intermediate Salsa On1/On2.  This class level helps to build your repertoire and we have much to give you!

As we predominantly focus on our staple, Social Salsa On1 Dancing, we want to remind you that we ALSO offer Instruction in: Salsa On2, Hip Hop Salsa, Shines, Cha Cha Cha, Merengue, Bachata, Rumba, Waltz, FoxTrot, Swing, Argentine Tango, ZUMBA, Bellydance, and Hip Hop. We’ll continue to add more Group Classes as the demand grows; as well as hosting monthly workshops and social.

We are open to adding additional dance classes and dances.  Let us know what you want!
